Carrie Chen is a Real Estate Broker® with 18 years of full-time experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the Bay Area. Known for her deep market knowledge, integrity, and strategic thinking, she approaches each client with clarity, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.

Carrie specializes in residential sales, commercial real estate, and luxury Airbnb property management, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships. Her business is 100% referral-based—a reflection of the trust and satisfaction of past clients.

She is also frequently approved by judges to represent parties in divorce, probate, and trust sales, where fairness and professionalism are essential.

Career Journey

Carrie began her real estate journey over 18 years ago as a Transaction Coordinator, writing listing and purchase agreements for experienced agents while still in school. This early experience gave her a solid foundation in contracts, compliance, and communication.

After four years behind the scenes, she stepped into the field full-time—and has since helped hundreds of clients navigate real estate with confidence and care.

She now leads Zentra Real Estate, a firm built on trust, mentorship, and results.

Coaching the Next Generation

As a team leader and coach, Carrie’s greatest passion today is mentoring new agents—helping them grow with confidence, serve with heart, and build meaningful careers. She offers real-world guidance, systems, and strategy to help others succeed.

From 2011 to 2017, she served as a Board Director of the Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) and continues to support the agent community through leadership and mentorship.
